Antiviral, Antioxidant rich Tea and Broth
**Cistus Incanus Tea/ Rock Rose Tea** 1-2 cups per day. Seep tea in hot water for 10 mins.&/or Matcha tea 1-2 cups per day
&/or a Chaga mushroom tea 1-2 cups per day
